How We Use & Share Your Personal Data

The amount of personal data E. Olea Dental Clinic may collect or request shall depend on the services the client will avail. This will serve as a reference for its resident dentists in performing/providing high quality services for its clients.

Every end of the treatment, E. Olea Dental Clinic may also collect feedback and testimonials from its clients to build its portfolio. The said documentation of delivered services shall be posted either on its website and/or social media accounts to strengthen its online presence and credibility and it may include all or any the following:

Occupation/Profession and;
Location.

Retaining, Storage and Destruction of Personal Data

We will periodically revisit the personal data held by us to ensure that is accurate and up to date. E. Olea Dental Clinic will also retain your personal data for the period of three (3) years and is subject only to its internal policies on data retention, or applicable laws and regulations. The patient records are kept in storage lockers that are only accessible to its personnel and resident dentists. Once the record expires, the clinic shall destroy the patient record via shredders inside the clinic's premises to ensure the confidentiality of the patient's personal data.
